Ingredient Omelette (Kai Jeaw)
1. Eggs 1-2 eggs (leave at room temperature to cool it).
2. Great skill mix flour with little water.
3. Baking powder 1/2 tsp.
4. Sauce and a little sugar for taste.
5. Oil for frying. (Lard nicest. But vegetable oil is fine).
How to Omelette (Kai Jeaw)
1. Egg bowl with great skill the flour, baking powder and then mixed with sugar, fish sauce for seasoning (I like to mix it up well), then whisk together until the mixture is bubbly.
2. In a pan heat the oil, wait until then. (Lots of oil) to fry eggs prepared poured from a height into the fried yellow fluffy and crispy on both sides. Then served hot. Well served with chilli sauce (ingredients will be pork chops, chicken, shrimp, crabs, oysters, ham, sour Mama strut chili, shallots, corn, fish, tuna, etc. but my tastes).
