Ingredient Shrimp Salad. (Som Tam Kung Sod)
1.Green papaya, chopped 1/2 cup.
2.Carrots, chopped 1/2 cup.
3.Shrimp 2-3 a.
4.Beans chopped about 1 inch 2-3 pods.
5.2 tablespoons dried shrimp.
6.Tomatoes, cut into one side of the ball.
7.4 cloves of garlic.
8.Paprika 5-6 tablets.
9.Roasted peanuts 1 tbsp.
10.Lime juice, fish sauce and sugar in it.
How to Shrimp Salad. (Som Tam Kung Sod)
1. Fresh shrimp shell head through the cool water wash thoroughly and set aside. This property really fresh shrimp. Otherwise bat out time low.
