Straw mushrooms (cut in half), 40 children (80 pieces).
Lobster (Raw) 12.
Galangal (sliced thin) 2 tablespoons (19 pieces).
Lemongrass (cut into pieces) 9 pieces.
4 kaffir lime leaves, torn soft.
Fresh paprika (lightly pounded) 25 tablets.
5 tablespoons lemon juice.
Boiled chicken 3 1/2 cups.
Celery (sliced) 1/3 cup.
Fish 4 3/4 tbsp.

Shrimp cleaned and peeled out and set aside.
Whittle mushroom soil out. Rinse split down the middle.
Put chicken in a pot of water to boil over medium heat enough to boil (takes 5 minutes).
Add shrimp, lemon grass, galangal, shrimp cooked enough (take 4 minutes of boiling water).
Straw mushrooms, kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce (takes 2 minutes) lifting off from the heat.
Season with lemon juice. Paprika lightly pounded rough.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander. Eat while hot.
